        another great one: Teeling Single Malt - very tasty: vanilla, fruity, cinnamon, pepper, citrus - very complex and elegant - an irish one

            not that your stamina drops to a level at which point you aren´t able to continue Pandora - or even worse: can´t continue the challenge ;-)

                Yesterday's summary:
                * 40 double sidekicks for DD w/ EC (even though my flexibility sucks)
                * Iron Glutes challenge Day 1 (see above)
                * 5 Minutes Plank Challenge Day 1 (smooth)

                * AoP (travelled from the Lighthouse to Camp "Raza" via the Fishermen's Village 720 HighKnees in total, did inbetween the Fishermen's quest (200 straight leg bounds) and started in the end the two quests at the camp (50/250 side2side hops done, 200/1000 Jumping Jacks done))

                  Finally iam done with the sidequests. Chapter 7 follows soon. Iam totaly done, workout programm was super hard!

                        perhaps the mountain-people have enchanted you! Pandora is a fiendish country - always watch your back! Fight the cold - and get the black-mage who brought this spell upon you! Perhaps you need some dragon-balls for a cure, but Joomju has the last known remaining balls of a dragon ... perhaps with the right amount of scraps you can buy them ...
