    Just created this post to track my personal progress.

    Just started Age of Pandora yesterday.

    I'm planning to do AoP thoroughly but not strictly consecutively. If I do other sports or just feel that I need a break I will skip and not feel guilty.
    It's my path only.

        Yesterday: Kendo practice, so no AoP.
        Plan for Today: 2nd Chapter AoP, Daily Dare

        By the way:
        With the following activities, yesterday was my 4th consecutive day of exercise
        Sunday: Running 7km
        Monday: Bouldering

            Very successfull Weekend:
            Friday: 3rd and 4th Chapter AoP (switched to Level 3), DD w/ EC
            Saturday: 5th Chapter AoP (including 4,4km Running), DD w/ EC
            Today: Started 6th Chapter AoP (ran 8,4 km Running to Camp Mira and did the job for Chapter 6 (200 half jacks) and the free job for the Agora "Canis" (800 high knees), did not head back to the Agora so no Scraps yet), DD w/ EC

                      Unfortunately there was no teacher and no Kendo yesterday. But lucky me - there is still Pandora.
                      I travelled from Camp Mira to the Swamps (440 HighKnees) and did the task for chapter 6 (400 s2s backfists) and the free job from the agora (500 Jumping Jacks). Afterwards I travelled to Bunker #7 (Who would want to spend the night in the Swamps? 400 HK) and started the free job there (200 Squats from 500 done). Last but not least I did the Daily Dare w/ EC (5 min arm holding).

                      My thighs are hurting quite badly, so I doubt that I will finish the job at Bunker#7 today. The plan is to do one or two upper body workouts and the DD, to keep my streak.

                        Yesterday's protocol: I did the http://darebee.com/workouts/space-cowboy-workout.html and afterwards the http://darebee.com/workouts/active-plank-workout.html. Both went quite well so I added the daily dare with extra credit. Last but not least I managed to do 100 squats for the Pandora quest, which makes me kind of proud as I wouldn't have dreamt to do them when I woke up yesterday morning.

                            Today I continued Age of Pandora Chapter 6.
                            First of all I finished the task at Bunker#7 (100 Squats)
                            I ran from Bunker#7 to Bunker#201 (400 HK)
                            There I did 50 push Ups for the task for chapter 6 (final job; in one go - so there is another badge) and started the free job (100 of 1000 push ups).
                            Inbetween I did 25 pull-ups for the community quest.
                            I finished my day with some yoga.
