            1. Re: Center Challenge Day 20: 20 second plank hold, 20 second rest + 1 minute stretch hold.
            2. Meta Burn Workout: Level 3, no rest. All exercises 7.5 lbs.
            3. Boxing: 25+ minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos.
            4. WYB: 5 Min Morning Yoga to FEEL AMAZING!
            5. 4 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 11 minutes.
            6. 2 minute supine twist, 1 minute on each side.

            ❤MB: This was ok. I will not repeat as I want to other one strength training workouts.
            ❤Boxing: Good session today.
            ❤YWB: Quick and refreshing.

            Notes: Another crazy, frustrating day at work. Another day notbdoing Cardio and Core so I guess I am done with that challenge. Ugh.

              1. 4 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 10 minutes.
              2. 2 minute supine twist, 1 minute on each side

              Notes: Another one of "those" days at work. And after work we discovered our refrigerator is broken. The water dispenser on the door no longer works. I had other shit to take care of after work so I didn't have time to work out.

                    1. 1 minute side leg raises
                    2. 1 minute calf raises w/bicep curls (no weights)
                    3. 1 minute elbow plank
                    4. 1 minute clench/unclench, arms overhead
                    5. 1 minute march steps
                    6. 1 minute step jacks
                    7. 1 minute side kicks (not on bags)
                    8. Boxing: 30+ minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos.
                    9. YWB: EVERYDAY YOGA Full Body Stretch
                    10. 4 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 13 minutes.

                    ❤Boxing: This was ok today.
                    ❤YWB: Quick and nice.

                    Notes: I did few 1 minute exercises during the day since I am not doing the challenges.

                      1. YWB: 10 Min Yoga For Overall Health 2. 1 minute elbow plank
                      3. 6 mile walk outside, 1 hour and 49 minutes.

                      Notes: I can't find my notes for the Yoga. I think I am doing it this week too. I started a simpler plan that will take me through Thanksgiving vacation and I blew off the second day. I just didn't feel like doing anything.

                        2. YWB: 10 Min Morning Yoga Stretches in Bed
                        3. 1 minute elbow plank
                        4. 1 minute march steps, 7 sets
                        5. 1 minute side leg raises
                        6. 1 minute W-Extensions.
                        7. Anthem Workout: Level 3, no rest.
                        8. Captain On Deck Workout: Level 3, no rest.
                        9. 4 mile walk outside, 1 hour and 7 minutes.

                        ❤Boxing: Today, I did angry kickboxing so it was intense. My speedbag sucked in the middle set.
                        ❤YWB: Nice hip stretcher.
                        ❤Anthem: Good Lower Body workout. I could really feel it, especially the squat hold punches.
                        ❤COD: Slow movements really made me feel this level 1 workout.
                        ❤Walk: We had time to do the whole thing today.

                        Notes: Football Sunday. I didn't have to watch the Broncos lose because they lost on Thursday night. Most of the games were blowouts.

                          Notes: Worked late and had other stuff to take of so no intervals. I had DOMS from the Anthem Workout.

                              8. 4 mile walk outside, 1 hour and 13 minutes.

                              ❤Boxing: Good session today.
                              ❤YWB: Quick and easy.

                              Notes: I left work on time today and was finally over the Anthem Workout DOMS.
