              I'm behind on my log again. I have been feeling a bit down. I'll catch up eventually.

              Tuesday 07.27.2021
              1. Workout of the Day: Snap Out of It Workout: 3 sets throughout the day.
              2. Reboot Day 3: Level 3, no rest.
              3. Gamer Workout: 7 sets, no rest.
              4. Boxing: 50 front kick-palm strike combos on heavy bag.
              5. YWA: Fundamentals of Ease | 35‐Minute Home Yoga
              6. 4 mile walk outside, 1 hour and 14 minutes.
              7. 2 minute supine twist, 1 minute on each side.

              ❤WotD: Quick and easy.
              ❤Reboot: Some good leg work.
              ❤Gamer: Full Body workout. Level 1 but really had me sweating.
              ❤Boxing: This was a lot of fun.
              ❤YWA: Beginner practice so she went slow. I could really feel it in my glutes.

                            Wednesday 07.28.2021
                            1. Workout of the Day: Supernova: 1 set.
                            2. Reboot Day 4: Level 3, no rest.
                            3. Cookie Workout: 7 sets: No rest.
                            4. Boxing: Speedbag: 50 hits. Heavy bag: 50 of the following: Round kicks, knee-elbow strike combos, front kick-palm strike combos.
                            5. YWA: Yoga Camp Day 1 - I Accept
                            6. 4 mile walk outside, 1 hour and 14 minutes.
                            7. 2 minute supine twist, 1 minute on each side.

                            ♥WofD: This was hard and my back made all kinds of cracking noises.
                            ♥Reboot: I am no longer flexible enough to do the stretch with my arms up.
                            ♥Cookie: The exercises were easy but I forgot about the extra credit.
                            ♥Boxing: Speedbag wasn't so speedy but kicks were better.
                            ♥YWA: I spent a lot of time on all fours and almost fell asleep in Savasana at the end.

                            Notes: I think this was the day I had a meeting that made me feel worse about work.
