      ❤WotD: I had problems with the deadlift and twist. I had to watch the video on YouTube.
      ❤EotD: I probably didn't do these right.
      ❤AoSCE: No problems with this one.
      ❤Roundabout: Quick and easy.
      ❤BE: I had trouble holding the calf raise.
      ❤YWB: Some twisty poses and I was stiff.

      Notes: My mom texted me to tell me it was the last day for Southwest's sale so I bought tickets for December. Hopefully things will be better by then. The Delta variant is a bitch.

      8. Sarah Beth Yoga: 30 Minute Full Body Flow& Stretch 💙 Feel Good With Intention.
      9. 4 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 14 minutes.
      10. 2 minute supine twist, 1 minute on each side.

      ❤WotD: This wasn't hard, I was just tired and got a late start because of a long meeting.
      ❤AoSCE: This one was torture, especially the first 2 exercises
      ❤Steamroller: Quick and easy.
      ❤Recovery: I loved this one.
      ❤SBY: No, I did not feel good. I thought this was going to be a chill session and it wasn't. On top of that, I had a hotflash. Ugh.

      Notes: I felt tired and melancholy. At least today was Friday and I was completely immersed in my book tonight.

            7. Perfect Storm Workout: Level 3 no rest.

            9. 6 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 50 minutes.
            10. 2 minute supine twist, 1 minute on each side.

            ♥WYK: A nice session that was filmed outdoors so I got to listen to birds. Yay!
            ♥EotD: I could feel it towards the end.
            ♥WofD: I just did this in my daily workout selection. I only had problems with one of the calf raise holds.
            AoSCE: No problems with this one
            ♥PS: The elbows to knees were good fun. Sets 1-5 I accidentally did 10 of each set of step jacks. I made them up on set 6. That was a lot of step jacks.
            ♥R&R: Nice stretches.

            Notes: Typical Saturday....reading, planning and an extra couple of miles. I finished a fictiion book about addiction today and it was excellent.

            ♥YWA: I didn't feel very stable and my tree pose sucked. My back hurt a little too(nothing to do with the yoga).

            Notes: A low-energy day so I just read all day (the paper and a new book).

              ♥EotD 07.18.2021: They were super easy on the wall so maybe I should've tried incline.
              ♥WotD: 07.18.2021: I really liked this one. I found it fun and easy.
              ♥AoSCE: No problems with this one.
              ♥C&T: The one leg squats were weird. My left knee did not like them.
              ♥WotD: I really liked this one. I just wish the timer worked.
              ♥Sandman: What a nice streching workout! 😻
              ♥YWA: Quick stretchy session. Although the one downward dog felt out of place, it let me know how tight my calves were and gave them a little bit of a stretch.

              Notes: So tired today. The walk was really warm, even though we didn't go out until almost 7. I elected not to do the one-legged wall sit today. Maybe next time.

                        ❤Healer: I don't care for high squats but otherwise liked the workout.

                        Notes: I had a rough day. Shitty sleep. Stressful day at work (and I worked late). I went to another doctor's appointment with Scott. I don't agree with this doctor who ordered 2 more invasive tests. Ugh. I did finish another book...No Fences in Alaska...which was excellent.
