      Soo, that thing that keeps me busy for two weeks needed some early preparations so I have more or less fallen off the marathon plan. And I probably won't be able to keep the plan up this and the next week. I'll just have to see what I can fit in. There is a film festival going on this and the next week and I'm writing as "hobby" for an online magazine which covers the festival, so my free time is gonna be busy. (And of course we also hit some technical difficulties with the website right before the festival and don't really have a tech guy at the moment, so business as usual )

          run: 29 mins - 5.1 km: 5k in 28:13 new PB!


          Hadn't really planned to go running today but due to some stuff happening* I got really angry after coming home, put my running shoes on, The Matrix Reloaded soundtrack in my ear, went out there for my usual 33 mins route and smashed with angry fast running my personal 5k record!



          *Noticed that my mobile phone bill was unusually high , called the provider who told me that I called one of these numbers that cost a lot for only 6 secs. Only I did not call that number, it doesn't even show up on my call history. I did lend my phone to a guy, but that was during the week, while that call apparently happened on a Saturday. So unless these scammers can now also somehow change the date of the call it wasn't him.
          At first the phone company support guy was of course all " we cant' do anything", but after I insisted for a while he has now forward it to "the relevant department". So hopefully I don't have to pay that crap. At least it got me a running PB.

                yoga: Sunrise Yoga with Adriene - 15 min
                (Finally an Adriene video once again where she talks about breathing instead of random stuff.)



                Fell a bit off the wagon, because of my two weeks break. But on Saturday my Zombies, run! virtual race stuff came in the mail, which was enough to motivate me for a run again on Sunday. Unsurprisingly my endurance was lacking and my thighs hurt now. So some soft yoga today, to get back into things.

                Joomju: Unfortunately the phone company refuses to do something. I could go to the police and report the guy who I lent my phone to, but I have no idea anymore how he looked and am now not even sure anymore about the date. So that would probably be pretty useless. Lesson learned to be even more careful when strangers ask for help which is a pity. I'm looking into changing phone company, not only cause I have to pay that stuff but also because the support was really unfriendly.

                  Got hit by a heavy headache, so my motivation was zero. Doing some yoga would maybe even have helped, but I just felt meh overall.

                  run: 27 mins
                  Post-Run Stretching workout​​​​​​

                  After 5 mins something like a side stitch hit me, only it was on both sides. About 14mins in it hurt that much that I had to take a 1 min walking break. No idea what that was about. Haven't had a side stich that hard since running back in school. Even slowing down and focusing on breath didn't help.

                    Could be connected to posture. I sometimes have that too and it feels different from side stitches from wrong breathing, more like a cramp, and I believe that is exactly what it is. Next time try checking your posture and stretching a bit and see if it gets better

                      Seems my body refuses to exercise when the cold months are here. Really not motivated to do anything when it's already dark early in the morning and evening and cold. So I'v stopped my Half Marathon plans for now, I'm happy if I'll manage to kick myself out of the door for a run in the cold. I'm just gonna try and experiment a bit to find something to keep my motivation up during winter.

                          Running in the cold is really not my favorite thing. If had the money I'd go to the gym on a treadmill. But as it is I'm just hoping I'll get used to it. I want the heatwave back
                          On the upside one of my favorite authors Margaret Atwood had a guest role in today Zombies, run! episode.Was a nice surprise.

                          I wanted to try the Turkey Challenge but after getting really dizzy while simply doing some forward folds in yoga, I decided to rather take it easy a couple more days.

                              Thank you noname ! I'm feeling good otherwise besides some pressure on/in my nose, just seems like my body hasn't fully gotten it's strength back yet.
