    This humidity and heat made it an uncomfortable night.
    Seems to have cooled down a little this morning though.
    Only managed to get in a level I of Fireheart, with this morning's session,
    but suppose it'll have to suffice for now.

    ~ Was slow to start, and a little cramped for time, but the 50 Push-ups and the Squat-Pull superset,
    got the pump going real good and the pacey run brought all the sweat.
