    Had to start dosing it with some over the counter meds since late yesterday morning. Feeling a little worse, when i got out of bed this morning.
    Hoping it passes soon.
    Had hoped to take part in a 10K road race tomorrow, but the way I'm feeling now, that's probably not gonna happen.

    10K run

    ~ wasn't initially the idea to run a 10k,
    but it ended up that way!
    Was concerned that my body would struggle
    a bit round about 7-8km in, but seems it held up alright.
    So I'm considering entering a race, scheduled for 16 June.
