    it was tough, but can definitely attest, that daily push-ups, does wonders for one's overall strength gainz Highly recommended!
    I reckon that I might just add this to my daily standard, going forward.

    ~ rainy and muddy conditions, made this quite a challenge. Not to mention the entire first 5km, was pretty much just uphill
