    ~ went for our booster vaccination shot today, and some other errands to run, so day ended up being packed.
    Some side effects of the vax, floored me later the day, and pretty much the entirety of Saturday.
    Was a whole lot better on Sunday though.

    ~ so i got hit pretty hard late on Tuesday with a tummy bug.
    Along with the obvious, it had me going to bed with a splitting headache, and waking up with it Wednesday morning.

    So just focused on staying hydrated, and just doing some yoga, to just keep moving and to aid in recovery.
    Still not 100%, but a whole lot better today, thankfully.
