    ~ decided to make it a lighter day of training today, so only opted for a longer run and some extras.
    My body is feeling a bit on the beat-up side.

      ~ in spite of the fact that I had to cut this morning's training session short, due to time constraints.
      It was still a real good session actually.
      Short and effective.

        21Virtual: Boston Half-Marathon

        ~ this was quite tough.
        Especially round about 18km.
        But managed to make it.

        ~ decent way to kick off this new week. Especially getting back to pistol squats again!
        Rise-n-grind.

                Pistol squats are starting to feeling a little stronger, which is an encouraging sign.
                ( really need to be doing more of them )
                There seems to be a bit of a tightness in my upperback that needs some sorting out.

                                ~ and with that, my training stint with High Gear comes to an end.
                                Have to say, it's a real decent program. The burpee challenge every 5 days is a
                                good way to measure one's endurance through the program.
