~ my gut wasn't feeling too well last night, and it ended up affecting my sleep.
So not the best start to the day today, but still managed to show up.
Have a feeling that I might switch up the Abs level II challenge for something else.
Currently it's feeling like too much of a time suck.
So will see.
~ was still a little out of it from the long day yesterday, and the drive back home, when I got out of bed this morning.
So just got in a decent run and a few extras.
Ought to be back on it tomorrow.
~ slightly better day of training after this up and down week.
High Gear was a little on the boring side today, but still gave a good workout.
Added a burpees finisher, just because.
~ steadily working my way back to a training grind that should produce results for me,
General morning just need the proper adjustments, so that I can maximize my training.
Let's see how it goes.
~ Was hoping for a quick run this morning, but wasn't to be.
Oh well, still got in a real decent sweat session all round.
