      ~ my gut wasn't feeling too well last night, and it ended up affecting my sleep.
      So not the best start to the day today, but still managed to show up.
      Have a feeling that I might switch up the Abs level II challenge for something else.
      Currently it's feeling like too much of a time suck.
      So will see.

        ~ slightly better start to the day today, then yesterday.
        40 burpees in one go really took it out of me, with High Gear today.

            So just got in a decent run and a few extras.

              High Gear was a little on the boring side today, but still gave a good workout.
              Added a burpees finisher, just because.

                              Felt like we were running through Silent Hill.
                              Especially since at some parts, the street lamps weren't working.
                              Other than that, decent training session for this Tuesday.

                                ~ Got out of bed, in a bit of blur.
                                Think I called it a night, too late last night.
                                Either way, it turned out to be quite a hard training session.
                                Suppose that's to be expected when a large amount of burpees are involved.

                                Been feeling some DOMS in my legs though. Unilateral leg work is always a winner!
