              ~ sinuses not feeling to great today. Phlegminess is quite an annoyance too.
              Guess I'll have to take an extra supplement to curb that.

                    ~ crappy night's sleep, so just ended up doing a 5K with the running buddies.
                    Leg DOMS started creeping in last night. It's progressively increasing as the day is going along.

                      Hope Church Virtual Walk
                      - 5K

                      ~ early morning long run was a bit on the tough side, since the DOMS in the legs
                      were having a party. So moving around like that was hard.

                      The annual Hope Church trial run we used to do, got changed to a virtual event this year,
                      so just opted to do the walk with my wife..
                      It was relaxing, apart from the sun blasting us.
                      Fortunately I applied ample sunscreen and opted to wear a tank top as opposed to a shirt,
                      thus negating the appearance of a farmer's tan!

                        ~ was initially set to go running today, but the weather had other ideas. Torrential rain, since Sunday.
                        Managed to power through 30 burpees in one go , for High Gear, which was encouraging.

                        And kicked off another ab challenge. This one looks like it's gonna get quite hard, down the road.
                        Decent training session all round.
