    ~ Woke up not initially feeling very much into doing any hard type of training today.
    My mind just wasn't into it...
    Fortunately, I was being kind to myself again, and opted to do some unilateral work.
    Nothing like suffering through a series of exercises where
    only one side of your body has to do all the work!

      ~ Woke up feeling some DOMS in my lats, and a little in my legs.
      Reckon it'll probably increase as the day continues.
      First time doing some proper hill running, this morning. It was taxing.
      But it's something that I'll probably look to doing more often, going forward.
      The combination of hill running and Day 7 of Fire Heart, made it a sweaty morning.

                    That's the story my body told me, when I got out of bed this morning.
                    Another virtual half-marathon scheduled for tomorrow. So have to make sure to fuel up proper and get in decent sleep.
