      ~ One of those session where I seemed to have taken more from my body than it was willing to give.
      Felt a little quivery afterwards.

        ~ had to switch around the order of my morning a little, due to the curfew stipulations,
        of our current lockdown situation.
        Both Fire Heart and the run, were very much sweat inducing.

          ~ damn, since late yesterday I was feeling progressively more and more DOMS ridden.
          Could hardly keep my eyes open for much longer last night.


          Though having said that, the day ended up being quite full with life stuff.
          Woke up still feeling riddled with DOMS this morning. So initially I figured, that I would take it a little easier today...
          but ended up being kind to myself.

                  Got another virtual running event set for tomorrow morning, so suppose it was needed.

                        21Virtual : Cape Town Half-Marathon
                        - 02:08:19

                        ~ first half-marathon in a while. My body definitely made it known.
                        Though have to admit, the conditions weren't the best to run in either.
                        Even ended up getting a shorts tan. The sun was unrelenting.
                        Still, first half-marathon for 2021, in the bag.
