    30 Days Of HIIT Advanced had me pretty gassed actually. All the junk I ate yesterday no doubt. But its all good.
    Opted to chase down the Topaz for the DAREBEE Christmas tree, so burpees it is this year. How nice

        Body is feeling pretty beat up, but after the jump rope warm-up, I was good to go again.

          ~ Managed to get a decent run in this morning, though the rain did catch me, about 2km from home. So was pretty much drenched then.
          Main workout session for the day had me all kinds a sweaty though.
          Since calisteni had burpees too, along with the ones I've been doing, since Monday.
          So it was 80 burpees for the session which ended up fast tracking me, to claim that Topaz.

                              ~ Feeling quite knackered after today.
                              The run was fairly decent. Though most of the morning it felt like I was running through Silent Hill. But it started to clear up, as I was making my way back at least.
                              I was properly drenched in sweat afterwards. Didn't realize the pace was what it was, until I stopped. So no surprise then.
                              With 30 Days of HIIT advanced, the burpees killed me though. It was pretty much like a bucket of sweat had been dropped over me, when I was done.

                              Time for some coffee and maybe a smoothie later.

                                ~ had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. Just had very little energy.
                                Might be two fold; Either it's due to the extra effort yesterday, or the fact that I went to bed late,
                                due to playing video games...
                                probably the latter!


                                Anyway, so with that Calisteni Free week is done.
                                I enjoyed it. Gave me a nice mixed bag of workouts.
                                Will have to see how I can structure my callisthenic strength work going forward, from today.
