      ~ okay, so life in general is gonna be different from now on, but the pursuit of gainz continues, even though it took a bit of a back seat, with our honeymoon.
      Though I can add, 'apart from the obvious', we weren't lounging about much and actually did quite a few hikes during the honeymoon,
      lots of sight seeing, even got around to go to a puzzle park! which was loads of fun.
      My wife and I will be starting to get the ball rolling proper, since we both want to participate in some OCRs early next year.
      So here's to a new chapter.

                  ~ got back to some running today. Though my sinuses are acting up quite a bit though, so not feeling too great there.
                  But the calisthenics session afterwards, felt real good though, even though the loss of strength was quite apparent.
                  Oh well, the battle continues.

                    Sinuses are still bothering quite a bit, battling some nasal congestion, which sometimes makes it hard to breath.
                    Hopefully it passes soon.

                      ~ was feeling a little worse for wear late yesterday, and woke up feeling not too great today either.
                      Seems we're in a bit of a heat wave the last couple of days, which is wreaking havoc with my sinuses.
                      Some DOMS in my adductors though. Which to me is a good sign, since that weakened muscle is being addressed.

                          ~ Some tabata high knees with 30 Days Of HIIT Advanced today.
                          Was actually hoping to go for a run prior, but seems the weather had other ideas. Torrential rain.
                          Did the Knee Saver workout as well, as a bit of maintenance, due to the knee pain I had yesterday.
                          Reckon I'll have to look at adding it as part of my daily routine as well
