    ~ Stiffness in neck is still bothering a little, not as much as yesterday, but still pestering.
    Hopefully it'll pass over the weekend.
    Weather reports shows that we're in for another cold and wet one though.

    The idea to add burpees after each set of Invisibility's charge sure made it a hot session today.

      ~ managed to get another virtual half marathon in the bag. it was hella cold though. So had to layer up, quite a bit.
      We got hit with a rather unpleasant headwind, during the first 5km.
      Along with it being cold and wet, which made it quite a mental struggle to get through
      but managed to hang in there.
      Ended up finishing just a few minutes before it really started raining, Which was a relief.

      ~ another cold one today. Saw my weather app said 4 degrees Celsius, when we started.
      But fortunately not as miserable as it was with Saturday's virtual though.
      Only a run today, had a very early appointment, ought to resume regular programming tomorrow.

            ~ Felt good to do some pull-ups again today, but had to cut it slightly short again too.
            Since I had to take my dog,Nuna, to the vet, to get a tooth removed.
            Should be able to go pick her up again later this afternoon.

                Thanks Fremen . Yeah, she's doing alright. Turns out the vet had to remove a few more teeth, since they were in the beginning stages of causing an entire gum infection.
                Fortunately they were just a few of her other molars. So she'll be quite alright. But she's gonna have to be on a soft food diet for the next 2 weeks.
                The others are gonna be so jealous!

                ~ today was one of those days again, where the little voice in my head, was trying very hard to convince me to sleep a little more, to not get out of bed, to do an easy workout.
                It was a battle, but the only way I've found, that works for me, is to just get down and do it. The little voice tried to tell me to just do level I of Refiner. Wasn't having it.
                Started hearing David Goggins, in my head, asking me: "Who's gonna carry the boats?"
                In the end, I managed to push through to level III with EC, and now I feel a lot better for it.
                Tired though. Refiner was hard.

                  ~ woke up slightly in a daze, a little bit of congestion bothering me. The pacy run, helped to clear those cobwebs though.

                  Feeling some DOMS in my glutes and inner thighs. No doubt from the plethora of jumping lunges yesterday.
                  Monster Slayer Build definitely got the pump going, and a hot finish with Spellbound. Things are heating up there for sure.
