            ~ damn, talk about running in the cold. 4 degrees Celsius outside.
            Opted to keep my hoodie on, for the entire run.
            Spellbound looks like it will work quite well, as a post-running workout. Plus the RPG element, just gives it that little extra thing to look forward too.

                    Woke up feeling a bit of DOMS starting to settle in, on my abdominal region as well as my back.
                    Guess hanging abdominal exercise will do that to you.

                            ~ Woke up feeling a little out of it. Though I think it's my brain that's more on the tired side lately.
                            TNT made sure that was out of my mind though.
                            Having to do it with EC, made it a rather unrelenting challenge.


                            Spellbound was a good cool down workout afterwards...to an extent.
