        ~ I completely over slept.
        Ended up causing the last day of Boxer Prime, to be a bit of an anti-climax.
        Still, doing it with no rest between sets, gets you in the sweat zone real fast.

        All in all, Boxer Prime is a program one can definitely return to. I enjoyed it.
        My days were a bit up and down, throughout, but I reckon, with better time management( need a minimum of an hour for most days),
        and proper sleep, it'll be a lot better, when I return to take it on again.
        but for now, I'll take it.

              ~ Easy paced morning 5K, nothing too hectic.
              Assassin sets got the pump going and the heavy bag,
              brought on the sweatzone

                    ~ those last 3 kms were an absolute mental battle to get through, but we made it. For some reason
                    The Wolven Storm, from Witcher III, was playing on repeat, in my head. Not sure why.

                          ~ Decent strength session to kick off Tuesday. Haven't done asymmetric pull-ups before.
                          They made themselves known.

                            ~ ouchies, woke up with my body pretty much riddled with DOMS.
                            Feeling it especially in my lats and glutes for some reason. I have noticed in the past, that single leg(airborne) squats, as opposed to pistols,
                            seems to target the glutes a lot more. Reckon alternating between those to ought to be a good idea.
                            Sore lats, are most likely the product of the asymmetric pull-ups.
                            Fortunately Tug Of War, helped to stretch through some of that soreness.

                              ~ damn, my legs sure as hell felt pretty riddled with DOMS, when I got out of bed.
                              Though I have to admit, the early morning run, did help a bit actually, to get rid of the stiffness.
                              I think it's a combination of Tuesday's unilateral work, coupled with Anchor'd and splits thats's got them all achy like that.
                              Still, it's all good man.
                              Today's session was a good one.

                                ~ cold morning. Seems the soreness is my legs has dissipated though.
                                Guess flexibility week, so far, is helping with that.
                                Combat Bo, got the sweat going though. Bummer that that was the last bo staff workout, in the collection.
