        ~ working through some upperbody DOMS still, but another Speed day, in Boxer Prime, actually went pretty good.
        Hit the sweat zone pretty quick.

              ~ The Active rest day, couldn't have come at a better time. Felt completely out of it, when i got out of bed, this morning
              Titan Fortification, was at least manageable. But after the first part of Boxer Prime, I actually felt quite alright.
              Need to check my sleep again, seems a bit off.

                    ~ it was a cold dark start, but turned out to be a nice scenic long run, for the Saturday, down in the Wilderness area.

                    ~ gave a bit more of a push, with the 5K this morning, but then, it made Boxer Prime even more of a sweat session.
                    Clothes were drenched afterwards, and we're in the middle of winter here.
                    So much planking today though.

                      ~ eased up little on the pace of the running today, but it was quite a battle anyway, since the conditions are quite cold and windy today.
                      Having to run against a winter wind isn't really my idea of a good time
                      Still, managed to get through and straight into a super sweat session, with Boxer Prime
                      .

                        ~ Damn, another cold morning run. Winter is definitely here.
                        I'm gonna have to get me some more running pants, shorts just aren't gonna work with these temperatures.
                        Fortunately not so windy today though.
                        Boxer Prime was a bit of a break from the sweatzone, so that one's abs could do some screaming today!

                          ~ decided to push it some again, with the 5k.
                          The conditions are on the weird side here today though
                          We're in the middle of winter(supposed to be), but today we're faced with some berg wind conditions.
                          Which is pretty much one of the other crappy weather conditions to run in.
                          Had to opt to run in just shorts and a compression vest, due to the heat.
                          My mouth was pretty much dry through the entire run. Still managed improve my time though.


                          Boxer Prime had me all kinds of knackered afterwards, with one of it's power days again(push-ups galore).

                          And the planking for the ab challenge is starting to take it's toll. Luckily there's only one more that to go.
                          Feeling some DOMS in the abdominal region though.

                          Tired.

                            ~ Woke up feeling all kinds of beat up today.
                            Took it a little easier with the run.
                            Reckon, next week, I won't do a 5K for 5 days in a row again. Coupled with Boxer Prime?Too taxing man.

                            I had very little strength today, so was barely able to make it through the Boxer Prime workout.
                            On the plus side, Abs Challenge is finally done. Those planks took forever.

                                ~ was feeling pretty miserable the entire weekend. Sinuses had me down and out.
                                A little better today though.
                                Kept it short to start of the week, but maintained a good pace throughout.
                                Decent start to the week.
