      Thanks twinkletoes , Strength Protocol was most definitely one of the toughest programs I've done here

          Right, so Strength Protocol is in the bag, but not the Super Saiyan Challenge yet...this one is really starting to take up
          quite some time, with the rep counts ever increasing.
          Suppose it will give me atleast some time to think about what program or something to take on next...

            - I had initially thought to do this as a supplement to a workout pulled from the database, as with the days before, but it would've taken way too long.
            Seems these last few days of the challenge, are pretty much full workouts, all by themselves.

                Finally done with this one!
                I must confess, it got a little boring from about day 20...since it was just the same thing over and over and the reps counts ever increasing,
                especially on the squat-situp days...
                Then again, I can't deny the improvements gained!
                30 days ago, I wouldn't have thought it possible for me, to be able to do 6 sets of 50 push-ups consecutively, and yet here we are.

                Strength gainz!

                I've got a tentative plan for the next training regime I want to tackle, but we're taking a trip to Cape Town, for Fancon this coming weekend. So I am hoping
                to start with the program when we get back from our trip. But will be picking some workouts from the database, to do in the mean time, so as to not
                slack off.

                          Finally back from our trip to Fancon, was so much fun!
                          Definitely thinking of doing some cosplay for the next one, and having a proper spending budget to buy some of the cool stuff they had there!

                          Yeah, I didn't mention it twinkletoes , but seeing as I followed a more strength orientated regime last, I'm thinking of getting more in the burn zone this time around.
