          Day 17: Shoulders, Chest, Triceps


          Felt a little out of it today...but managed to push through the session.
          Quite heavy on the shoulders. The rep count for Dragon push-ups surprised me though. Strength gains?

          To Failure:
          - Dragon Push-ups: 50, 25, 20, 16
          - Pushback Push-ups: 30, 20, 14, 10, 7 - something new
          - Tricep Extentions: 15, 14, 10, 7 - this was a distaster...
          - Tricep Dips: 50, 31, 27, 25

          Pull-ups in one go: 23 - Shoulders were too knackered to manage any more.

            Day 18: Back & Biceps


            Damn, my back was put through it’s paces with this one.
            Those reverse angels; the extra set made itself definitely known.

            Day 19: Legs


            First time doing split squats, quite interesting, followed by full shrimp squats = quite the leg shred!
            The 3 minute wall-sit was a killer of a workout finisher!
            The last 60 seconds my entire body was shaking!

            Super Saiyan Challenge: Day 13, 14

            Bar Addon: Pull-ups: 26. 15. 7, 7 - Had to catch up on this from the previous day.

            Hmm...it would appear there has been some abdominal strength gains too!
            Was especially apparent with the knee-ins & twists.

              - Archer Slides: 40, 21, 12, 10
              - Tricep Extensions with Rotation: 30. 13, 10, 10

              L-sit was yet again a failure with this one...I’m thinking I’m gonna have to check to do something to address that properly.

                Day 22: Back & Biceps

                Lots of back work today...actually now that I think of it, the entire session was back work…

                Super Saiyan Challenge: Day 18 - Ended up switching this with 17, since I felt it’s would be too much upper body focus. Will do 17 tomorrow with leg day.

                No bar addon today, ran out of time, must amend that tomorrow.

                  Half pistol squats? I felt them working the hamstrings and the quads a bit.

                  Bar Addon; Chin-ups: 27, 15, 12, 10 - Damn, my arms were screaming! I guess 4 sets of 50 push-ups(Super Saiyan Challenge Day 17) prior, would have such an effect

                      My upper body hurts…
                      Another plank for days ab day!
                      Felt quite the load on my arms with the raised leg plank.

                      Pull-ups in one go: 22 - upper body fatigued.

                      To Failure:
                      - Circle push-ups: 14, 10, 10, 8
                      - Sliding Push-ups: 15, 12, 12, 10
                      - Cross Tricep Extension: 12, 13, 10, 9

                      Yet another session revealing to me, just how weak I am…

                        Damn, single leg wall-sits I just couldn’t get through...my legs just fail me.

                          My legs are so riddled with DOMS, even getting up and sitting down takes some effort to do.

                            Damn, my legs are killing me...walking around like a geriatric…
                            This was a killer session though, my arms were knackered after the clapping push-ups, and with one arm push-ups to follow?
                            Speaking of which: it was strange to find that my core got quite a jolt when doing one arm push-ups.
