Jump Rope x2 minutes
3 sets:
- One Arm push-ups x6 per arm
- Inverted rows x12
- Pseudo push-ups x12
- Chin-ups x12
- Archer push-ups x12
- Pull-ups x12
50 Burpees challenge:
- Day 1
~ woke up, feeling rather out of it, today,
but that push-pull session, made things a little better
My cardio has been rather lacking, so figured diving in with burpees, is a good a place to bolster it, as any
