    - Inverted rows x12
    - Pseudo push-ups x12
    - Chin-ups x12
    - Archer push-ups x12
    - Pull-ups x12

    50 Burpees challenge:
    - Day 1


    ~ woke up, feeling rather out of it, today,
    but that push-pull session, made things a little better
    My cardio has been rather lacking, so figured diving in with burpees, is a good a place to bolster it, as any

            - pass throughs x20

            12 minutes EMOM:
            - Min 1: Tire flips x10
            - Min 2: Double unders x50
            - Min 3: Dumbbell swings x15 @15kg
            - Min 4: Pull-ups x15

            ~ I pretty much blew up, with that last round of double unders

                ~ well yesterday just worked out fine and dandy!
                When I got home last night, it was only then that I realized, that I had completely forgotten to get a new jump rope.

                    I guess new rope is approved then, isn't it ?

                    I'm jealous of your garage. The ceiling of mine is too low for jump roping and I can't install a punch bag

                      yeah, seems like the new rope is gonna work, Sarasta
                      it is slightly heavier than the one I had previously though. But I reckon, that's actually a good thing!

                      Yeah, I'm just about missing the ceiling beams, of the garage, although, when I do double unders, the rope does brush the ceiling though
