    Still loving your training thread! FYI, some Darebee forum changes have broken the links in your index/ first post. They redirect to the right place if you change "checkin" in the url to "logs".

    For instance, Firebender Training should be https://darebee.com/hive/logs/299857...e-noise/page21.
    The link says https://darebee.com/hive/checkin/299...133#post410133,
    if you change that to https://darebee.com/hive/logs/299857...133#post410133,
    it will redirect to to the correct page, https://darebee.com/hive/logs/299857...e-noise/page21

    It works for all the early links I tried. I found this out because I was trying to recommend one of your programs to someone else; they're really helpful! Thanks for sharing them!

      Beat_Samurai quick question as think I need to change something up somewhere do you have a fixed amount of darebee workouts you do every week I have HIIT, Combat, Abs and strength training feel free to look at my check in as that will tell you what I do as am rubbish at remembering things lol
      I am looking at doing one of our programs here leaning towards Spartan Trails but that won’t be started till a couple of weeks as on holiday next week so no chance of training al all

        Hi Raven1s , to answer your question, i used to alternate my training with weights , on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and sometimes Saturdays, and do Darebee workouts on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays(usually abs), so that worked pretty well for me, and with the Darebee workouts, I kept it to one per day.
        But I reckon a good place where you can start to look, if you're not about to dive into a program just yet, is the training plans section.
        I usually used them as a guide, when I go on holiday.
