    Hey BlackButler , thanks man.
    Yeah villains are way cooler and usually have alot better style than the heroes!
    With what the initial announcement of Carbon & Dust, it was hinted that you could either save the world and be the hero or bring it's destruction as the villain!
    Which got me a quite excited, but seems that's gonna have to wait...
    yeah Death Stroke is a total bad ass!

    although I remember in his own comic book line, he leans a bit more towards an anii-hero side, like the Punisher, or Wolverine.

    DOMS had me all kinds of stiff before this session, but fortunately is was a whole lot better afterwards.”meat & potatoes” kinda stuff with Carbon & Dust.
    Just what the doctor ordered.

    Free Bootcamp:
    Ladder
    - 10x Hop on the spot
    - 1x Burpees
    ( repeat until you get to 1x Hop & 10x burpees)

    Descending Ladder:
    - 20 climber taps
    - Burpees
    (repeat until you get to 2x climber taps & burpee)

    100m travelling Burpees

    4 minutes:
    - 10 power jumps
    - 20m run
    - 10 scissor squats

    45 seconds each
    - Moving push-ups

            Yeah the story is quite engaging indeed! Had to always hold myself back, not to read ahead. Without the biggest selling point with that one!

            So something interesting happened.
            The trainer responsible for organizing and coordinating the free bootcamp is out of town for the week. But since she feels the Free Bootcamp must still go on, she entitled me to take the lead of the classes for this week!
            Talk about being thrown in at the deep end!
            She handed me her little training manual to use, but said that I had free reign to do whatever. So I opted for the latter.

            Advanced Class:
            30 seconds each, 10 seconds break after each exercise. 30 second break between sets.

            with the advanced class, it seems it got people quite tired, myself included. But that could also be due to the fact that I had to keep talking during the entire session. My mouth and throat felt like a desert.
            But all in all, afterwards, people told me it was quite a difficult session, but that they enjoyed the variety.
            During the Advanced class I even heard some of the people asking; when the trainer is coming back, since they were suffering! In my book: that's a win!
            I'd just like to take this time to thank neilarey , Damer, TheRaven, Ryuji and the rest of the DAREBEE team! without the exposure i've received through theHive and the DAREBEE project in general, i doubt I would've been able to take on this task. Really you guys are just awesome!

            Now to think, what to do for the Wednesday session...

              I have to say; that was quite hard! It pretty much hammers you from the first set!

              Had the honor of taking the lead and coming up with the exercises for today’s free bootcamp again, felt quite nervous beforehand, but just had to breathe the butterflies away.
              So figured it’d be a good idea to do a little more strength focus for the day, since Monday leaned more towards HIIT.
              During the advanced class there was quite a few grunts and groans! Which I have to admit, was music to my ears!
              The normal class was a nice wind down, topped it off with the Iron Bar workout. Thanks team!

                  Yeah Bootcamp is actually quite fun. A change of pace from the solitary training. Not to mention, its quite nice to be training outside
