            Thanks mogster , running is still one of my weakest points, so that's going to need some attention, and my power jacks form was off, so that's a couple of reps down from the first test. But push-ups have improved, but I reckon the Push-ups Master Challenge is to thanks for that, and to my surprise burpees have improved too.
            But that's the reason why we're here, isn't it? to keep on ascending! like you've been doing too!

                    Having taken the initial look at Carbon & Dust, i had had doubts that it should be the program that I should dive into right now, since it appeared that it would be cardio focused, and for me, doing cardio in the summer = a whole bucket load of sweat. So it might’ve been a better idea to perhaps continue with strength type training, since I already get some fairly decent cardio with bootcamp anyway.
                    But as I read through the first chapter, I got pulled into the story, so Carbon & Dust it is then!
