      Alrighty then,
      There Be Frost Giants, has come to an end and now onto the next one.
      Figured I'd dive into one of the training plans here on Darebee again, before tackling another program. So for this time round I opted for the Ninja training plan.
      I dub this:

      Ninja: Day 1 High burn


      - Power Cardio - Level III
      This was pretty decent, the jumping squats were definitely the main burn creator in this one.

      okay, so I finally got back to a bit of casual gaming again, and started back up with Dishonored(awesome game), which got me thinking, it'd be a fun, and maybe a cool, idea to do a type of training inspired by it.
      So I devised a few routines modeled after scenarios you might find yourself in, in the game.
      First one up:

      Dishonored Tribute:
      Approach, Eliminate HIIT x 3 rounds:
      ( 20 seconds each exercise)
      - High Knees
      - Side to side hops
      - Jump Tucks
      - Beam jump -> pull-up - in my training space, the wooden beams of the roof are accessible(garage, so no ceiling), they're about 2.5m high, so it's a nice challenge to have to jump to reach them, and do a pull-up
      - Push-ups
      - Lunges
      - Jab+cross+hook+knife hand

      5 minute meditation

      Chin-ups in one go(parallel grip): 32

        Kicking: 3 rounds of 2 minutes

        I'm probably going to have to add more weight, or increase the rep count with this one.

            - Speedster - level II - had to cut this one short so that I could still do No Evidence. Poor time management again. On a side note; this was actually a pretty tough one!!

            Dishonored tribute:
            No Evidence - 3 sets each, 15 reps per set
            ( 16Kg Barbell )

            -barbell deadlift
            -barbell shrugs
            -barbell front squat

            yeah, the increase in reps definitely made this "better".

                  And with that "Like a Shadow" comes to an end. Was quite fun to be honest. I'm thinking that I will continue with the Dishonored Tribute workouts from time to time.

                  Okay, the ninja training plan stint was pretty good, thoroughly enjoyed that, and was challenged without a doubt. So next up, I figured I would give Avatar Upgrade another go. I finished it previously, but I was so green back then, that I can hardly remember at all. I will also supplement it with the Abs & Core challenge, so here we go...

                    Signed up to a free bootcamp group thats happening in the local park, figured it would add some more variety to my training.
                    The weather was just real crappy though, berg wind conditions. Made breathing difficult, since everything is so dry and had my sinuses on their head afterwards.
                    But the session itself was not to shabby, a lot of leg focus though.
