    Hmm...seems I have access to the Hive again. I had experienced some trouble with regards to that for the past couple of days...anyway;

    I had decided to finally pick up something I had put on the back burner, before we went on vacation, thus:

    Highway to Hell - Level II

    Pull-ups in one go: 26

    Day 2



    Hell-Forged - Level III - slight improvement

    5 minute meditation

    Chin-ups in one go: 30

    Day 3



    Hades - Level I - the combination of how difficult this was for me and my poor time management

    One Arm Push-ups: 10 per side - hoping to make this part of my daily tax from now on.

    Pull-ups in one go: 30

        Persephone - Level II - this one worked the core real good

        One Arm Push-ups: 10 per side - strange, i hear all these popping sounds(like when you pop your knuckles) from my shoulders and back when I do the first couple of reps

        5 min meditation

        Chin-ups in one go(parallel grip): 30

          Hell Bound - Level I - this was most certainly something straight out of hell...had me thinking that I might have jumped the gun taking on this week.

            Hellraiser - Level II ~ this was actually quite decent, would’ve liked to cap off at Level III, but oh well.

            Hell, Unleashed - Level II - I had thought that I would’ve been floored at level I, given the fact that burpees made their appearance, but I actually managed to keep it together for an alright level II.

                              HELL WEEK all done and dusted, time for some strength work I reckon, figured 30 Days of Strength would fit that bill quite nicely and supplement it with the Cardio & Abs Challenge, to keep warm during this winter training phase.
                              I am also looking to do extra ab work twice a week since, I recently felt like my core strength needs some more work,and I will continue with my daily tax of one arm push-ups as well, however, I will probably be making a modification with regards to my approach to that soon.


                              There Be Frost Giants:

                              31-07-2017
                              Day 1
                              Legs - Level III

                              A leg day to start things of with 30 Days of Strength, quite interesting, since one would usually expect it around day 3 or 4.
                              Quite a good load on the legs though, managed to keep the rest time under 60 seconds.

                              Cardio & Abs Challenge: day 1, 2

                              One arm push-ups: 12 per side

                              5 minute meditation

                              Chin-ups in one go(parallel grip): 31
