                    Yep pretty much follow that on the regular, OJJJEM , plus some green tea in the evenings.

                      ~ Feeling some light DOMS in my inner thighs, due to all those lunges from Olympian yesterday.
                      I've also noticed that calluses are starting to form on the sides of my index fingers.
                      Definitely drumming who be the culprit there.
