    ~ first time taking a crack at a Spartan event. We were initially planning on possibly doing a Stadion or Super, later this year, but then covid-19 happened.
    I doubt that it's gonna happen for us, this side, this year. Given our countries lockdown regulations. So in the mean time, we'll do the virtual ones!!

    ~ Finally the end of Cardio Go. Have to be honest; it didn't really do it for me. But suppose to each their own.
    For the most part, it did give me a decent burn though, especially since I replaced all the instances where it stated 'March Steps' with 'High Knees' and 'Step Jacks' with 'Jumping Jacks'

    Definitely felt it. Though the fact that the weather conditions, were just the worst, made it a rather sucky experience.
    I'd much rather run in cold damp weather than hot,dry and windy. Weird hot weather we've had recently,
    even though we're supposed to be in the middle of autumn.
    Feeling a little extra beat up, after today's session though.
    Water , stretching and early to bed tonight, is gonna have to the order of the day

    ~ Damn, was it a struggle to get myself out of bed this morning. Along with it being rather cold in the mornings now, my body felt pretty beat up and in general I felt kinda meh.
    But managed to get going proper after that first torching set of Calisteni. Last day though, so managed to get through the entire 21 days.
    The last week of that challenge was quite tough for me.
    But I can definitely feel like its bumped up my fitness level though.
