    Universal Warm-up


    Unwind Yoga

    Meditation x 4 minutes

    ~ took a chance, and ended up baking,
    an (almond flour) Skyrim-inspired Sweet Roll cake! ( my wife is a big Skyrim fan)

    The baking pan that I ordered was a lot bigger than what I had hoped for,
    so the amount of batter I had available didn't quite fill it up as much as it should have.
    I'll look to do it again, to improve the appearance.

    My modified recipe:

    2x cups of almond flour
    3x large eggs
    1x cup of milk
    2x tablespoons softened butter
    1x tablespoon of raw honey
    1x teaspoon of vanilla essence
    1x teaspoon baking powder

    for the glaze:
    1x table spoon of melted butter
    1x cup of cream
    1x tablespoon of honey
    1x teaspoon of vanilla essence

    Mix all ingredients together, bake for 20 minutes at 180ยบc.
    After cake has cooled, mix glaze ingredients together and drizzle over cake.

        ~ bit of late start this morning.
        Its getting quite cold, in the evenings and the mornings, which makes
        it a little more difficult to pull my carcass out of bed.

        Plus side though, managed to finally get back behind my drumkit, last night
        and getting back to that grind!

                    ~ left wrist was giving me some problems during this morning's session, at the tail end of the push-ups.
                    Not too sure what's happening there, so had to skip tricep dips for today.

                      Hope your wrist will be better on the morrow. I also have from time to time problems with my wrist during exercises. At least in my case, it was referred to bad form and my office-job. Nice wrist stretches helped me a lot in that matter, perhaps it will be helpful for you too. I just googled for a nice instruction video for the exercises I use. This is the closest I get. Perhaps something for your cool-down-phase as well. Keep pushing.
