    ~did a bit of a double wammy today, since I'm aiming to have < Totals > done, by Saturday.
    Managed to start working up a sweat today actually.
    Though we are experiencing much better weather these last few days.which is helping a lot, but I see there's cold and wet conditions expected again,
    starting from tonight and continuing well into the weekend.
    How boring...

      ~ a night of inconsistent sleep...

      resulting in the getting out of bed, quite a struggle to overcome.
      Hopefully some proper zs tonight, then a double wammy for the Saturday, to finish off <Totals>. ( optimistic thinking )

        ~ and with a final double whammy, my stint with <Totals> comes to a close.
        The combination of fusing the last 2 days as one workout, resulted in an overall decent session.
        Have to say the program is actually pretty good.
        Though I do believe the fact that I did the all the reps for a day, in a single session, instead of spreading them throughout the day
        assisted in rebuilding some strength and endurance, without leaving me floored, that I had lost, after having fallen ill
        So as it states, it's definitely a winner of a program for working one's way back after illness or injury.

                          my airway had no idea what was happening.
                          But I'll be taking it steady, so as to not overwork too quick, then I end up back at square one again.

                                ~ still feeling some slight side effects from the shot, but a whole lot less than it was yesterday(Sunday) though.
                                Just sleep that wasn't too great, which probably has a role to play in that.
                                Other than that, new week, new grind, let's get it!
