          ~ right, so I'm about 80/85% recovered from the illness that has ailed me these last 2 weeks, so reckon I can start easing
          myself back into things.
          Cardio and condition type of work. I'll put on the back burner for now, since my airway isn't quite where it should be yet,
          so I'll just focus on getting general strength back first.
