      ~ New week, new grind.
      My quads are still feeling it a little bit, after the weekend's half-marathon,
      Reckon it should pass by this evening/tomorrow morning.
      Will see how it goes.
      It's quite cold today.

            Wasn't quite feeling myself running 'virtually' through the streets of Rio De Janeiro, but managed to still push through.

            ~ started feeling a little off last night, and seems like the feeling has continued even after a better night's rest.
            Hope I'm not coming down with something. Though I can tell that it's my sinuses that are feeling a bit on the inflamed side.
            Reckon after a few sinucons today, there ought to be improvement.

                      Health Potion - Level I

                      ~ still on the recovery path, but there's definite improvement. Reckon I'll write-off this week training wise,
                      due to the illness,
                      And start afresh again, start of the next week..
                      So gonna check to engage full rest mode, over the weekend.

                        - Recovery Workout

                        10 minutes of stretching.

                        ~ felt pretty miserable today. Headache from my eyes all the way to the back of my head.
                        And my voice has dropped from mid/low bass, to gravel tones.
                        Finally got to watch Annihilation. It'd been on my netflix list for ages. I liked it.

                        - Regenerator - Level I

                        ~ since my system was still battling to recover, even though I'd been self medicating since early last week ,
                        I figured it's time to go the doctor's.
                        Diagnosis: Acute tonsillitis
                        Plus side is I got some antibiotics, which should make recovery go a lot quicker.
