    ~ and with that, Katana week comes to an end.
    Felt like it went by in blur actually.
    But it was good.
    I think I'll be making katana work part of my daily routine, going forward.

    Run afterwards felt pretty good. Though I do feel like my running shoes is starting to near their
    lifespan. Joints were feeling a little iffy afterwards.
    Suppose it's not surprising, since I checked the other day; I've already clocked over 700km,
    on my current pair, so they're actually way past due.

    now...where to next?

          ~ yep, the pump was definitely real with this morning's training session.
          I've noticed recently that my strength has decreased, so I figured going on a training regime,
          that focuses more on strength, would be a good move.
          Can always just sprinkle in condition work here and there, apart from the usual running.
          Let's see how it goes.

                ~ this was a very laboured one.
                Was feeling a tad off when I got out of bed.
                Just wasn't feeling it, man...
                and that manifested itself further, during the run.
                Reckon its probably due to not getting in proper sleep, but managed to push through to the end.

                      The Monday was a demanding one, and I was oul like a light when my head hit the pillow
                      But damn, was it cold this morning.
                      Makes it tough to have to pull one's carcass from under the covers.
                      Fortunately the intervals and the run got be all warm, except for the cold sweaty clothes afterwards...not fun...
