      bad indeed - but better safe then sorry!
      Always look on the bright side of life: CTR will not run away theLibrarian will catch it someday because everyone need new shoes from time to time, right?

      there are a few programs left not quite sure which one to start first, though ... will let you know when I have decided!

                    Yesterday evening, after shower, I noticed that a minor part of my right heel got ripped - one of those places were I have a bit more callus ... It could be something related to overload - or not - who knows. Nonetheless: therefore I stop CTR for now and look for something else entirely - less running to relive the pressure on my foot. caring is now the next 30-day-program - and my badge will look like a none-ripped-heel - at least I hope so! Well, it is only a minor place - and it doesn´t ache (et least not now) - but better safe then sorry
                    Yikes! That is definitely not good and better to be safe than sorry indeed!

                        another minor ache at my hip ... Fuck!
                        But well, sometimes it is as it is! Indiana Jones once described it very good: "It´s not the years, honey, it´s the mileage".

                        therefore I only did my personal minimum today - the Pushers and a bit of Iron as dessert I will continue - or just lets say "restart" - 30 days of strength if my body says: its ok buddy - you suffered enough - I grant you a restart"

                        Now: lunch and a bathtub. And then: reading and playing the guitar. Enjoy your evening bees.
