    Another late happy badge day!
Don't worry about looking like your dying at the end of a run, you're not the only one.
That zero waste store sounds awesome. I'm also trying to be more awar of the packaging of my food. I'm thinking about bringing plastic boxes with me when I'll go buying mined meat and such. For my vegetables and fruit I'm just putting them in my cart without a bag or so, the one store just check them out separately and in other stored they need to be weighed to get a barcode but I just paste it onto the fruit/vegetable. Bringing my own bags is also a must for me, for some reason I feel guilty when I need to ask for one, knowing that we have a large washing powder box at home that is filled with plastic bags. But nowadays, when I go shopping for groceries, I usually take about 4 fabric bags with me which I can easily hang on my bike. I'm taking it slowly but I want to evolve with it in the future

        notes to myself:

        1. you are an awesome guy bringing something to drink with you - who told you?
        2. i think i am a winter-runner, not a summer runner ...

CTR was good - first and second part! Todays sprint session felt great - 30 seconds are indeed better then 2 minutes

Now: heading to our nearby grocery store by foot - another 12 km! My wife went to the farmer´s market this morning wihile i went running - but a few items are still missing. Therefore we can enjoy the weather with same walking! Enjoy your saturday bees!

I felt a bit sore this morning - but hey, today was an recovery run after all

Still too hot for my taste - not my cup of tea! Eh Jack Frost, were are you when needed?

It was an amazing run - not because of the run itself - but of the other runners I met. Don´t know how best to describe it, but every runner I met today greeted you and there was something special in their eyes - some mutual respect - something like: "Another runner, great, welcome to our secret society, I know what you are going through, respect! Kepp running buddy! You doing great" - and this was something mutual if you get my drift. And those encounters were also some kind of new energy boosts! To all the Runners out there: YOU ARE AWESOME!

Another funny thing: I stumbled over my wife during my running session I went running - and my wife went to her mother and was headed afterwards to the garden - it looks like she took the same route as I choose for my todays runnig session!

Running music was: Poets of the Fall - Twilight Theatre - what else is there to say

Part II was ab routine - I liked it - even the flutter kicks were demanding today - i think because of the running sessions - normally the flutter kicks are more like an annoyance but today they felt great!

The Pushers again as Finisher! At this point: Thanks Pushers! My push.ups have definitely improved - thanks to you buddies! Keep pushing!

Now i have to prepare lunch - nothing special - just some kohlrabi soup, bread and sausage!

Enjoy your Sunday BEES - whereever you are

                  Poets of the Fall

According to a friend of mine, they make the perfect background music for..certain horizontal activities (no, not abs workouts) But I think it's great for relaxation in general, like a recovery run

                      Yay for running!
By the way, is there any special "politness" thing between runners to be aware of? I try to be well on the right side - if someone wants to run faster than I do, and give a nod to other runners, but do we have some "sign" - like the motorists lifting their leg as "thank you" after having passed over another motorbike or a car?

                        PetiteSheWolf Yay for running indeed

i am certain there are some signs, but none i know of

be on the right sight and giving a nod sounds good - I do the same - but I think i.e. in England it would be rude

I like your idea of lifting the leg but that would propably ruin my run

C'mon, as an ... ape you should be able to lift a leg, and just do the next steps using your long, strong sexy arms But seriously, yes, works for bikers, but not for runners.
And in Japan sticking to the right side would be rude too, BTW - took me a little while to get used to stick to the left side of the automated staircases

PetiteSheWolf will try the sexy arm thing

Thanks Hell Week was a lot of fun

Cardio Trim Run is great too, I really enjoyed it ... but I will proverbially "hang up my shoes" ... Need to find a new program for the evening to begin with ...

Yesterday evening, after shower, I noticed that a minor part of my right heel got ripped - one of those places were I have a bit more callus ... It could be something related to overload - or not - who knows. Nonetheless: therefore I stop CTR for now and look for something else entirely - less running to relive the pressure on my foot. caring is now the next 30-day-program - and my badge will look like a none-ripped-heel - at least I hope so! Well, it is only a minor place - and it doesn´t ache (et least not now) - but better safe then sorry
