Sure do. But it never stopped me - hey, forgive my French upbringing
And you know that Pennicilin, that life-saving antibiotic, comes from molds too, right?! Molds are cool! Molds are interesting! Molds can be tasty! Molds can be life-saving!

Oops, between my French nutrition and my Pharmacy degree, seems like something went toward the 'shrooms!

PetiteSheWolf: I only mention it because my mom really liked blue cheese until I told her that. So it was a lot an inside joke for me. And, just so we're clear, I'm not taking anything away from all the cool stuff molds do for us (like being antibiotics).

        Also, mushrooms are tasty.

They're both great TheLibrarian, but that's expected really.
I enjoyed both of them-- so hard to point out a favorite of the two.
Basically, you can't go wrong with either of them, but Fighter's Codex is pretty bad ass.
And I know you like bad ass programs..!

          Got get 'em! Pow!

trust me - running gets better if you run longer distances. Longer distance = more fun

                  Keep going

                            Comments and Thoughts:

IronBorn + LongRun: Well, today was again a Leg-Day-combination! I really relish the combination with dumbbells when doing lunges, calf-raises & CO. Great combination. It was also a great warm-up for the Long-Run - well, actually a short one - todays goal was only: 5min run + 5min walk = but nonetheless, great combo! Short-and-Sweet!

DailyDare was ok - a filler in between - but I like jabs even more!

official Challenge: I love challenges! And this one in particular was a lot of fun! Something you do between cooking-exercises - thx Redline !

Today is the last day of the weekend - again. Free-Time is always too short if you ask me - but hey, lets do the best of it. Weather isn´t really nice today - at least when you ask my wife - so perhaps the rest of the day will look like: Netflix-Books-Guitar-Netflix - or something similar.

But first things first: I´ve got some cooking to do! todays menu: asparagus-soup with potato-gratin and salmon.

                            Enjoy your Sunday Bees!

I work off my "to-read-pile" - atm: "Skulduggery Pleasant" by Derek Landy (atm: book 4) - I noticed that my "to-read-pile" is to big and I get the feeling it grows overnight ... perhaps I should make a "not-to-pile" instead - that would make things much easier!

Regarding the menu: it was delicious too - and fortunately I cooked enough for next day as well - still some soup and gratin left. Well, if we had a transporter to beam ...
