Do you prefer IronBorn or SpartanTrials? What is more fun in your opinion? Iam not sure yet what my next Programm will be. It seems that i need to focus more on the back and arms and therefore IronBorn sounds better thougts?

Well ... difficult question - and an interesting one too!

Let me put it like this: IronBorn definitely focus on chest, tricep, bicep and shoulder - exatly that kind of thing what you are looking for - combined with some interesting abs and leg days (will use dummbells more often when legs are concerned - i like the combination with dumbbells).

Apart from that: IronBorn is also great if time is tight at the moment! That was why I choosed IronBorn as my next program - "short and sweet"

My thoughts - until now: some days are demanding - some workout routines are easy - like a walk in the park if you get my drift but you can adapt the weights or even the reps - many things are possible. Well, you have to give the program a go and check it out for yourself!
Another thought: it is not a "sweaty" program ... well, it is demanding and you will also see muscle fatigue ... but you are not necessarily covered in sweat afterwards - you´ll figure out what I mean

Spartan Trials would be a compromise in my opinion: lets call it a "classical Darebee program" (sets, levels, bodyweight exercises, etc.) BUT combined with dumbbell / pull-up bar days! Which also could cover your needs!

Another thought: perhaps "PowerCardio" would also be an alternative for you too? great program - and on PowerBurn days you do a post-circuit workout that focus on arms-shoulder-chest with dumbbells!

Or: just choose some workouts from the database - that would also be a way to go ...

No matter what you are decide for yourself! I can highly recommend all the above mentioned programs (PowerCardio, SpartanTrials and IronBorn). They are all great in there own way! You can´t make a false choice! All are fun! I hope I could help!

              Yes thanks.

AoP not finished yet so i have a little bit more time to think about it. But i will definitely choose IronBorn or SpartanTrials

unfortunately not - I love the cold - but I don´t complain, because I know: "winter is coming"! and the latter: well, the one and only way to write the date and to confuse the rest of the world

It's way more logical to write day-month-year (or year-month-day) than month-day-year
And look how many countries use that! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_format_by_country

oh that's my 666th post lol

edit: perhaps I experiment with the date a bit more ... the next entry will be "Stardate"

Whats on my mind right now:

I want to give running a go and implement it in my workout routine ... perhaps a few times a week ... the first personal goal should be 5k ...

found the following workout-routine in the Database:

                                http://darebee.com/running/the-long-run.html

sounds solid to me, or have some of you another idea or experience regarding "to start running again"? Any comments would be much appreciated!
