    Hey, did you stop that personal PushUp programm to gain the 100 badge? If not - how is it going?

    I had to stop it due to my cold 2 weeks ago. I think about to start again in combination with the pushers.

      yes, I stopped it as I started the Atomic Workout. my muscles needed a bit of "rest" - I think PowerCardio - Push-Up and Atomic workout were a bit too much at that time

      And time was a bit tight in the last few days to start again ... But the program is still here, though ... perhaps I will return to it too - not quite sure yet. Have to think about it.

      When do you plan to do it? after your normal workout? or beforehand? or at another time-slot of the day? Was the routine convenient for you?

            So far - so good! I really enjoy it! It was often mentioned in various ceck-ins - and therefore I choose it as the next one in line and gave it a try. Well, it is only day 4 so far - but until now it is working out for me.

            Quite interesting piece of workout / program. It gives you after the various bodyweight workouts or program routines some kind of variety if you get my drift. And you can quite good implement it in your shedule if the time is a bit tight at the moment - about 20 minutes and you are finished with your workout day. Of course you need equipment - but if you have some dumbbells around - use them.
            And apart from that: who doesn´t want to be "IRON-BORN"

            Well, long story short: By now: I can recommend it - just give it a try.

                  Thats a realy good question and i dont know yet. I think i will wait until i have completed Pandora. After that i have to choose between a regular Programm or the personal goal for the 100 Pushups. I would say the Pushup routine must be combined with workouts that fit well with this one. To mutch Pushups from a Program/Challenge + routine is to mutch.

                    Sounds solid - thats my opinion too - but combined with well choosen workouts ... manageable! Let me know when you know more about your upcoming routine after Pandora!
