For example the cream was very soft, almost too soft to cut, I had to freeze the whole cake at one point. The taste is really awesome, and I glady share the recipe, but I will adapt it somehow in the future. And I definitely will make it again.
The strawberries started floating when I poured the gelatine atop of them. Therefore I took them out again and cut them in quarters. Through this they stayed in place. Perhaps you have an idea to stop them from floating? For me it was not possible to pin them down in the cake layer. I hope you know what I mean.

      Here is the recipe: youtube
      Thanks for the link!
I think the cooling is the key, gelatine is really hard, did you use powder or sheets?
It's not really obvious, but in the video she shows you during the proces multiple times to cool it in the fridge ; at 8:13 (1 hour), 9:16 (ice water), 10:15 (30 min), 10:30 (2 hours). Did you do all those? If you did, I'm not sure what would help either..

We used powder. We also did all the cooling sessions. Propably some magic spell we didn´t find yet.

Sorry to add to your questions, Lib, but what is the bottom dish of your food erotica? I've never seen anything like it.

It is a "Foccacia" in the "beginning" - before we condemned it to the pyre (oven).

That made my day. You are amazing. Now, when working with gelatine in the future, I will always remember you and "Deep Frost". Well, the same goes for when I see a beautiful bird nearby, and when I will always be(e) way too slow to pull out my mobile phone for taking a picture. In the garden I once saw a little redbreast, hovering in front of me, she was probably checking the way, and she had a worm in her mouth (or something similar), I had to think about your magnificent bird pictures.
