                  No workout today. I had a little workplace-accident, fortunately nothing serious, do not worry (it seems today was my lucky day) and I needed to see a doctor in the nearby hospital because work regulations dictate these procedures after a working-accident. Therefore I had to leave work early with some stuff still left undone … Not able to workout today. Tomorrow: we will see. I also have a few days off, well, not exactly as I planned to start those days. But hey, we will just make the best out of it. That is how we roll. Happy Tuesday.
