                                Good question ... well, it keeps me focused, keeps me feeling alive / alert, I find it great in combination with a hot one, especially after a nice and heavy workout or even after a running session, well, every workout, helps me relax and calm down, especially after a very stressful day, makes me feel happy afterwards - I always wear a smile afterwards, and of course:
