                      Thanks to your consistency with cold showers, I only warmed the water up to a slightly warmish degree and finished the shower with cold water. I think hot showers after working out at night is part of the reason I can't fall asleep fast enough or deep enough. So thanks.

                        That is awesome. Finishing with cold is the best way to start. But hot showers also have there benefits for the recovery mode. I think there was a darebee article in the past here somewhere? mhhh Nonetheless, great combi, and finishing with cold is the way to go. Keep up your great work.
