        It was a nice day, a bit of walking, playing the guitar and reading. I didn´t read as much as I would have liked, but nonetheless. Lots of coffee and cooking, too. I also did 190 push-ups, then I realized that 6 are missing for a nice and fiendishly number, so I did 196

            Please next time,tell me more about your training, pls,hm? the workouts from Darebee = do you do it in 1 go? The ,challenge, you call it , it means you want to do all Darebee Workouts one by one,but which list do you use,when almost every day are new workouts in the list? how heavy dumbbells did you use for upper body builder = workout you did today?
            I am curious ! ( and want to beat the food chat ! Lol )

              What's your recipe for the broccoli quinoa balls? They look really good! A quick Google search pulls up bites with cheddar, but they don't look like yours.

                    Miss_Dada Me? Torturing you? I don't know what you mean ...

                    About the Challenge: Yes, one go - one big fight - always aiming for the highest level round. (most of the time it fits) The List? The official one. I started chronologically ... With the first workout in the databese, last page, working my way up to page number 1. BUT: From time to time there is the same „Darebee Workout“ in the list - only difference: male / female - version. Because it is the same workout, I skip one, makes sense, though.
                    For yesterdays workout my dumbbells were about 9kg - nice and slow controlled movements.

                    Oh, ... because the cat seems so hungry ... there is something at the end of my post ...


                    JCU Well, nothing special. and not really a recipe, I had some stuff at home that needed eating. So I just put a bit quinoa (cooked) in a bowl, added 3 times the amount of broccoli i think (cooked and chopped), a bit olive oil, 2 or 3 tbsp of psyllium husks, some chopped cashew nuts, chickpea flour (just a bit, I think you can use other flour as well), salt, pepper, caraway and love of course After that, forming balls, and for about 180 degree into the oven for about 25-30 Minutes. A nice sauce added and you are ready to go. But I really like your founding about cheddar cheese ...


                    Sundance Thank You. Well, Kamikaze only affects japanese bees ... I am hessian ... we are indestructible ... And it gets easier after a few rounds, at least this always happens to me, when I start, it is hard to stop.
