      this was a brutal workout - had to think about the "bring sally up challenge"
      Today I grabbed my kindle again and wanted to finish the Perry Rhodan novel on the way to work ... guess what ... battery drained well, let´s try again on the morrow. Wish you a great evening, good night.

            Zastria perhaps we are devouring too much books? I ask myself the same. The answer: we are modern slaves of the power supply. Or the Matrix is not working correctly?
            Will probably not finish today, because I forgot to charge it at home, because my klingon dictionary arrived yesterday, so I had some kind of real book in my hand yestereve


            Miss_Dada the bring sally up challenge is a real beauty ... or probably not, it is a fiendishly challenge, well, probably something every bee loves, right?

              I love that song! The BBB trainer at the gym uses it for squat exercises instead of push ups, but with practically the same drill. Also very hurtful but way easier than push ups

                      That is a killer song/challenge!! Omg, the various lengths of the holds are CRAZY!! It was cute watching the kids drop out/pop up one by one as their form failed!
