                  DorothyMH well, nothing special, it is more a stretching routine. First, the major part is to stand up, though. Well, joke aside, I am an early bird, so that is fortunately not a big problem. After that, I do stretching exercises for my wrist, lower back, legs, hips, arms and shoulders. I also do both ways if the exercise requires it (interior, exterior). And I also try to do each step for at least 1 minute, max 2 minutes to stretch theLibrarian awake always depends on how much time I have at my disposal, therefore I do all the exercises, or just the minimum, it also depends. Because life happens, right? If There is something missing, I repeat it or add it to the major workout in the afternoon. I don´t have all the names for the exercises right now, though ... if you are interested, just let me know, then I will go into detail later on. Wish you a great day.
