                          Ah, you can do an L-Sit?!?! I wanna do that!! I keep working on the L-sit prep workout to eventually get there....I hope

                            and you will do exactly that ... because you are a bee ... nothing can stop us! Keep pushing you can also use equipement to get it easier in the beginning, i.e. push-up-bars (or something similar) just a thought. at least it worked out for me and helped me in the beginning, got a better grip. You can also keep your knees drawn in and work your way up to straight legs.

                              I use paralette bars and practice sit knee tuck a lot 😬
