        well you know, lying on the floor and stuff like that, trying to be flexible like a snake but failing completely, but it gets better, though, well, something like:

        It depends, for example on my mood, the workout lying ahead, time, which warm-up I did, etc. - therefore sometimes I only do some "moves" that serve my needs, or I follow some stuff on youtube. The youtube stuff for example is:

        I really like the above mentioned videos or even the eckhart-yoga-channel. I even tried a video by Adriene, but nothing more, didn´t know where to start, perhaps you can mention something I also tried the down-dog-yoga-app, but I have to confess I am not the smartphone type

        so you see, either a youtube-program or just a selfmade-yoga-routine from time to time.

          Great, so many days without sugar, massive respect!

          As a kind-of-non-yoga guy, last year I thought I could do a little yoga nonetheless, so I started the 30Days of Yoga Challenge by Adranne. Worked very well!

          (Am I the only one shouting Adrienne, in an awkward punshed face style, in his head while reading?)

                      I'm a beginner yoga-ist (yogi, I guess, too), and enjoy it when I do it - I've done mainly Ekhart, just because I like the channel as much as anything. I was lucky enough to do a class last year and that was really rewarding and had a much bigger impact on me I think. Of course, you have to find the right teacher and right class and fit it in to your busy schedule and all that jazz, but...

                            what a day We decluttered for at least 3 hours our cellar, well you know, thing you take with you when you move but don´t need anymore, etc. well, we sorted the stuff out and tidied up the cellar, now all is well again and some things are awaiting departure

                            After the "declutter-party" I helped myself to some nice and delicious dinner, sorry, no food-porn-pictures today, we were so hungry we didn´t had the strength left to take some pictures

                            Followed by a nice session of working-out - always something I am really looking forward to in my daily-routine.

                            After the warm-up I started with Adriene, to be exact the 30 day challenge, don´t know if it works out for me in the end, we will see, first day was good so far. 29 days left. If I do only Adriene I am not sure yet, I think not, because I also enjoy my other yoga routine, especially eckhart-yoga. But hey, I will keep you posted, lets find out together.

                            Cold-Shower and Meditation was a really nice finish afterwards.

                            I also think I found all of my lost badges, and if not, who cares, I think I just have to do them again if one is missing But I am in cheerful spirits that I reclaimed all of them, thanks neilarey for this lovely game of "brain-jogging"

                            Now nothing more is planned my bees, all deeds are done. A nice book is waiting for the librarian, lets find out who is the killer ...
