            1 week without industrial-sugar is over - and it is easier then I thought. 358 days left - piece of cake of course sugar-free

            program: so far - so good - still struggling - but it gets better day by day - at least that´s my impression ... or delusion ... doesn´t matter - as long as I win in the long-run

                  8 days of the sugar-free-challenge ... I went to the supermarket today ... It makes me really sad to see that they put sugar in almost everything ... fortunately we are cooking the most part on our own ... but if it would be otherwise it would be a hell of a job to find something sugarfree indeed ...

                  But because I am the food-porn-master I conjured a dessert totally sugar free - nothing can stop a bee

                  (recipe: ‚Avocado-chocolate-mousse‘ - 2 avocados, 6 leveled tsps cocoa without sugar, 250 ml coconut rice milk without sugar, 60g salted-peanut butter without sugar, 1 pomegranate. Mix everything except the pomegranate in a mixer. Deseed the pomegranate and serve it with the chocolate mousse as topping. As the mousse is made without sugar it tastes more bittersweet than sweet.)

                    That looks excellent. I can see the wisdom of using rice milk - I always thought it tasted kind of sweet (even though it has no added sugar). How satisfying was this?

                          Of course, why not. Or rice-milk, hazelnut-milk, cow-milk, goat-milk, etc. just take what you have at hand - the same here, we only had coconut-rice-milk at home when we made it And, depending on your own rules regarding the sugar-matter, you can add a tsp of honey, or not, or just putting something on top as topping to sweeten things up (banana, pomegranate, etc.), all depending on you.

                          I totally forgot to say that I got a new TheraBand because I got a replacement ... lets count the days till this band will break und the librarian´s strength

                          No sugar-challenge: -1,4kg

                          program: it was a nice day - but I added some stuff from my therapy to this particular day because it fitted quite well to the tricep exercises.

                          All chores are done - now I will prepare a nice Matcha
