    I made some exercises from day 13 of the back & core program - but not all of them - I am not as flexible as the pictures want me to be therefore I added some other stretching exercises and the 8 Brocades Training as well - so I think - mission accomplished.

        ... oh, I totally forgot todays dessert - because it is foodporn-weekend

        We are emptying our freezer - and we thought about what to do wit dates and almonds ... right. Just put the almond inside the date - and put both into a big bowl with liquid chocolat and let it cool down - delicious with a good matcha or a cup of nice cold-brew ...

          TheLibrarian, I think I might be drooling a little over all the pretty food pictures. I'm just hoping that I don't look as silly as my one dog as he occasionally drools while waiting for his piece of toast with peanut butter on it.

            workout went good - still feel my shoulder, though, especially with this star-exercise in the back&core workout - I did something different instead, nonetheless, the deed is done. I also added a guided meditation at the end - I found something on youtube - and I have to confess, I liked it!

            6 years ago we signed in by our landlord for a garden to rent - today we got a call ... and a garden at the end of it ... still have to wait for the papers to sign, though, but nonetheless: A GARDEN the garden will be approximately 120-130 square-meters in size - I see a lots of ingredients for our food-porn growing there

            So I would say, a great start in the new week

              we did some dumbbell and plank training at the physio-therapy today. We also checked and worked on my form. One step at a time, that is how we roll

                  no milk and eggs needed for that kind of awesomeness you only need almons, dates and chocolate (white or black - as you like)

                      Today was the last appointment of my physio ... it was a great experience. I shall continue with my DareBee programs they said - they look good and are good. And I shall add some stretching stuff and exercises from my therapy to the programs too - and then I only have to be patient - only time will tell. They told me it can take a while ... so, lets go the way till the end and come back stronger and better ... hopefully

                                I said: "no problem - here it is
                                She said: "that´s a bit too short"
                                I said: "okkkkaaayyy ... lets talk about it more closely and let´s make our own challenge"

                                Well, we came up with something fiendishly indeed

                                So, today is Day 1 - we made ourselves some rules, too, for example no industrial sugar, etc. - but we also know that sometimes life happens - therefore we try to aim for only 10 "red-squares" per person to fail, well, lets see how our journey will be in the end. Of course every bee is welcome to join us
