Today was a really exhausting day and I found another reason why Microsoft sucks ... well, as Mike Jagger once said: you can´t always get what you want.

Therefore: workout felt good after work - although 18 sets each was quite long ... but hey, I will not complain. set 19 - come and get me!

                      Bridge: (11,11,11,11,11,11,11,11,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,1 0,10)
                      Kettlebell-Swing-16kg: (11,11,11,11,11,11,11,11,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,1 0,10)
                      TGU-16kg: 4 (2 each side)

One really needs to be an it-specialist in order to come up with such a sophisticated trainings plan

                          Take care of your finger

It is, right? I recently hurt my finger while trying to refill the staples We should really hire a HiWi for such difficult work

We are a hazard-group for our insurances and the thing is, I have a lot of HiWis at my disposal - but you know how it is: "if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself" - but therefore: increased danger - well, at least the job is done to my liking
